Apart from incorporating a new Sdn. Bhd. company as subsidiary, if you already own a company incorporated in your country, you can register it in Malaysia as a branch. Similar like company incorporation, the registration is with the Companies Commission of Malaysia under the Companies Act. You may then use this branch as a vehicle to conduct your business here.

Registering a branch is not much different from incorporating new company as subsidiary except that the foreign parent company will be fully liable for the branch, while a subsidiary is separately liable from its parent owner. The initial and annual costs, the requirements and the conditions however are still the same.

You can choose our branch incorporation packages depending on your needs. They are;

  1. Malaysia branch office + nominee local agent
  2. Malaysia branch office + Immigration Passes
